U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration's delegation visits the Armenian Police (VIDEO)

On Friday, March 11 Head of the Headquarters of Police of the Republic of Armenia, Police Major General Aram Zakaryan received the delegation led by Mr. Cameron Taylor , Special Agent at the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA). Welcoming the guests, Mr. Zakaryan highly assessed the implementation process of the project on the fight against drugs and cooperation with law enforcement authorities initiated jointly by Police of the Republic of Armenia and the U.S. Embassy in Armenia. Mr. Zakaryan voiced the hope that the partnership will continue to further develop and strengthen. Mr. Taylor expressed his appreciation for the warm welcome extended to them and assured of the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration's willingness to further deepen the cooperation with the Armenian Police. During the meeting the parties also discussed the recent and current actions taken within the framework of the cooperation project, as well as issues related to the assistance rendered to the police subdivisions and outlined future actions.
