The early website was upgraded, substancial and technical ammendments were made. The launching of the new website on Freedom of Information day was quite symbolic, and it once more proved the consistency and commitment of the RA police to conduct operations in a public and transparent way.
The website is designed to be a reliable source of complete information for media, as well as to assist citizens in solving legal problems, being of a preventive nature at the same time.

But with the constantly growing interest of the society and media towards the police activities the number of the visitors to the website tripled and quadrupled with the lapse of time. At present  the official website of the Police of the Republic of Armenia is one of the leaders among the most-visited websites.  According to the Google Analytics international organization and Circle.am Armenian company only this year about 1 million 242 000 people visited the website, who made 4 million 500 000 pageviews. Tha official trilingual website of the RA police, with its innovative services, proved to be exemplary and somewhat deductive  for our colleagues, as it  in nocase yields websites of foreign law enforcement structures, keeping up with them and in some cases even surpassing them. This is surely a circumstance which both gladdens and obliges.
