Armen A., DOB 1988, was detained in the village of Qasakh following special measures taken by officers from Nairi police division. The young man had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 258, part 3, points 1 and 4 /hooliganism committed by a group of persons or organized group combined with medium gravity damage to the health of a person/ since December 14, 2015.
Armen A. has been taken to the place of keeping arrestees.
