Young fugitive swindler detained in hospital
Thanks to the operational intelligence measures taken by officers from the Central division of the RA Police, Hovik M., DOB 1991, was detained at «Shengavit» medical centre on Wednesday, March 23 at 8:25 p.m. The young man had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 178, part 2, point 2 /swindling/ since February 9, 2016.
