Criminal situation in the Republic of Armenia (December 26-27)

According to the operations reports of Police of the Republic of Armenia, 41 cases of crime were detected by officers of various police subdivisions in the territory of the republic from December 26 to December 27.
In particular, 7 cases of theft of personal property, 5 cases of fraud, 4 cases of infliction of bodily injuries, 3 cases of illegal tree-felling and battery, 2 cases of squandering or embezzlement, tax evasion and illegal crossing of the State border and drug detection, 1 case of kidnapping, vehicle theft, smuggling, counterfeiting, abuse of official power, official forgery or official negligence, infliction of bodily damage through negligence, false denunciation, forgery of documents and smuggling of narcotic drugs and their precursors.
2 wanted people surrendered themselves to the Police.
From earlier committed crimes 5 case of theft of personal property and 1 case of attempted rape have been solved.
Over the past 1 day, 8 accidents have been registered in the republic: 4 persons died, 11 people received bodily injuries of different levels of severity.
