After 8 years on the run man wanted by Russian law enforcement bodies detained in Artik

Thanks to the operational intelligence measures taken by officers from Artik division of the RA Police, Sargis S., DOB 1985, was detained in the town of Artik. The man had been wanted by law enforcement bodies of Primorsky krai, Russia, charged under the Russian Criminal Code, article 228, part 1 /illegal trafficking of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances without the purpose of sale/ and article 30 /Preparations for a Crime/ since May 19, 2008.
