Threatened to blow up the bank

On November 1 at 11:30 at Artashat police division an alarm call was received informing that a resident of Hovtashen village Ashot S., born in 1971, was going to blow up the building of the «ACBA Credit Agricole» bank’s branch in Artashat.
On the same day at 12:30 Ashot S. was taken to Artashat police department. He admitted that it was he who made the alarm call: he couldn’t afford to extinguish his rates of interest at the bank, took that extreme step.
