After 12 years on the run man wanted by Russian law enforcers turns himself in to the Armenian Police
Thanks to the explanatory work carried out by officers from Tashir division of the RA Police, Arman H., DOB 1983, turned himself in to the Police. The man had been wanted by Russian law enforcement bodies charged under the Russian Criminal Code, article 111, part 1 /intentional infliction of grave bodily injuries/ since November 4, 2004.
