At 17:05 on February 14, the police officials of Aparan police divisionand passport group of the RA police detained Hamlet G., born in 1971, near Aparan court of original jurisdiction. The detainee had been wanted by the law enforcement authorities of the Republic of Tatarstan, RF, for deliberately caused grave harm to the health since February 9, 2004.
Gevorg Kh. is arrested.
