On charge of breach of traffic rules and rules of vehicle exploitation which negligently caused human death
At 11:45 on December 17 Yura P., DOB 1967, was detained by officers of the General Department of Criminal Intellighence of Police of the Republic of Armenia at the intersection of Nalbandyan and Isahakyan streets, Yerevan.
