New speedometers to be exploited from March 3, 2014

Traffic Police of the Republic of Armenia inform that speedometer installation works on the metropolitan streets and highways of interstate significance are underway.
In particular, from March 3, 2014, speedometers recently located on the following road sections will be exploited:

1. 62.4 km of M-2 («Yerevan- Yeraskh – Goris-Meghri-border of The Islamic Republic of Iran”) highway of interstate significance (administrative territory of Armash village) – 1 double faced speedometer, the speed limit on this road section is 60 km/h;

2. 65.9 km of M-2 («Yerevan- Yeraskh – Goris-Meghri-border of The Islamic Republic of Iran”) highway of interstate significance (administrative territory of Yeraskh village) – 1 double faced speedometer, the speed limit on this road section is 60 km/h;

3. 107.9 km of M-2 («Yerevan- Yeraskh – Goris-Meghri-border of The Islamic Republic of Iran”) highway of interstate significance (administrative territory of Areni village) – 1 double faced speedometer, the speed limit on this road section is 60 km/h;

4. 115.3 km of M-2 («Yerevan- Yeraskh – Goris-Meghri-border of The Islamic Republic of Iran”) highway of interstate significance (administrative territory of Arpi village) – 1 double faced speedometer, the speed limit on this road section is 60 km/h;

5. 122.9 km of M-2 («Yerevan- Yeraskh – Goris-Meghri-border of The Islamic Republic of Iran”) highway of interstate significance (administrative territory of Yeghegnadzor town) – 2 double faced speedometers, the speed limit on this road section is 60 km/h;

6. 137.1 km of M-2 («Yerevan- Yeraskh – Goris-Meghri-border of The Islamic Republic of Iran”) highway of interstate significance (administrative territory of Vayk town) – 1 double faced speedometer, the speed limit on this road section is 60 km/h;

7. 11 km of R-8 («Yerevan- Artashat – Aygavan-M-2”) highway of republican significance (administrative territory of Mkhchyan village) – 1 double faced speedometer, the speed limit on this road section is 60 km/h;
