Armenian police officers detain 33-year-old foreigner wanted by Iranian law enforcement officers

As a result of the operational-search measures taken by officers of the Police Line division at “Zvartnots” airport, citizen of the Islamic Republic of Iran (IRI), 33-year-old Ramin Valadan was detained on February 23, at 5 a.m. after Istanbul-Yerevan flight. The detainee had been wanted by law enforcement agencies of the Islamic Republic of Iran on charges under Article 1 of the Criminal Code of Iran (Fraud) since November 19, 2018.
