A wanted man detected in cellar
At 11:20 on April 13, police officers detained Seryozha A., DOB 1976, in the cellar of the 1-st entrance of the 6-th building located on Tigranyan street, Yerevan. The detainee had been wanted by Shengavit police division accused of fraud since April 4.
