Large-scale swindler turns himself in
On Monday December15 at 8 p.m. Artur Kh., DOB 1972, turned himself in following explanatory work carried out by officers from Nor Nork police division. The man had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 178, part 2, point 2, namely swindling committed on a large scale, since December 13, 2014.
