Fugitive swindler turns himself in to the Police
On Monday January 19 at 11:30 a.m. Manuk D., DOB 1988, turned himself in to the Police following explanatory work carried out by officers from Kotayk police division. The man had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 178, part 2, part 2 /swindling/ since January 19, 2014.
