Failure to cross the border
On Monday, April 13 at 9:15 a.m. Artash H., DOB 1928, was detained at Bagratashen BCP following special measures taken by officers from Noyemberyan division of the RA Police. The detainee had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 118 since February 11, 2015.
