Police find remains of a man torn to pieces by wild animals

On Tuesday May 13 at 6:40 p.m. Artik police division received a report from Yerevan City Department Operations centre informing that an inhabitant of Nahapetavan village contacted the Police and reported that a man had been found slaughtered by man-eating wolves in Artik mountains.
The Special Task Force arrived at the scene in Nahapetavan village and found remains of a man torn to pieces by wild animals.
The officers of Aragatsotn marz Department along with their colleagues from Ashtarak and Artik divisions soon managed to identify the victim as Yurik Martirosyan, DOB 1966, an inhabitant of Aragatsotn marz, Armenia, who had been reported missing since October 7, 2013.
