Swindling and forgery
On Monday, October 5 Mihran M., DOB 1964, was taken from Bagratashen border control point to Bagratashen police subdivision. The man had been wanted under the RA Criminal Code, article 178, part 3, point 1 /swindling/ and article 325, part 1 /illicit forgery, sale or use of forged documents, stamps, seals, letter-heads, vehicle license plates/ and article 349, part 1 /forgery of evidence/ since October 23, 2014.
