The current reforms within the police structure and the process of formation of a brand new image of police officer suppose not only changes in the content, but as well as manners and appearance, including the uniform.
On September 6 the RA police leadership got acquainted with the patterns of the new police uniform. Police chief Vladimir Gasparyan made his own commentaries and recommendations, taking into consideration not only the aesthetic appeal of the uniform but as well as the necessity to be maximum convenient for the officers and suitable for the service.
The police chief gave the responsible persons instructions to make the mentioned changes as soon as possible and submit the improved patterns for the Government's approval. The police will soon go on serving the law and the people in a new uniform.
