The Chief of Police introduced his newly appointed deputy (VIDEO, PHOTOS)

On Wednesday, May 23, Chief of Police Valeriy Osipyan introduced newly appointed Deputy Chief of Police Aghasi Kirakosyan to the members of the Police Board, the leadership and the heads of provincial departments.
During the meeting, Osipyan underscored the importance of improving the work with the citizens applying to the police units, in particular, through prompt response to calls, optimizing cooperation with other state agencies, taking urgent measures to disclose previously committed crimes and detecting wanted persons.
The Chief of Police singled out the issue of preventive measures against illegal logging and burglary. Valeriy Osipyan ordered to fully prepare for public order protection during the forthcoming important state and protocol events and demanded to be consistent and uncompromising in combating perverse phenomena.
By the end of the working meeting, Valery Osipyan gave specific orders and instructions to the heads of structural units and services.
