The announcement of the Traffic Police , concerning the information spread by the chairman of the public organization «Achilles» according to which speedometers haven

The chairman of the public organization «Achilles» E. Hovhannisyan made an announcement as if the speedometers, located in Yerevan city and on highways of interstate importance, haven't passed a certification, so their measurements can't be considered reliable, thus, thrawing into confusion a lot of RA citizens.
The Traffic Police assures that the speedometers located in Yerevan city and on highways of interstate importance, are certified by the National Metrology body at the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Armenia, and the measurement results are more than reliable. Moreover, the located speedometers are certified not only in the Republic of Armenia, but as well as by the corresponding bodies of the Russian Federation and German Federal Republic (herewith, in the case of the letter a ISO 9001 international certificate is given), and the copies of the current certificates, given by those bodies, are also on our hand, which we submit.
