Head of the Security Service of the U.S. Еmbassy in Armenia visits the Police (VIDEO)

On Monday, January 26 Deputy Head of the RA Police, Police Major General Vardan Yeghiazaryan received Mr. Zack Kendall, Head of the Security service of the U.S. Embassy in Armenia.
Greeting the guest, Mr. Yeghiazaryan stated that the Police-U.S. Embassy cooperation has always been active, practical and effective. Attaching great importance to the Embassy’s support for the Police reforms, Mr. Yeghiazaryan highlighted that those reforms aim exclusively at providing improved service to our citizens and increasing the transparency of police activities.
During the meeting the parties discussed issues related to further cooperation between the  U.S. Embassy in Armenia and the Police within the framework of the ongoing police reforms.
To hold a more substantial discussion the parties agreed to schedule an extra  meeting.
The meeting agenda also included other issues of mutual interest.
