The National Security Service and Police of the Republic of Armenia are currently taking joint operational intelligence measures to detect Sargis Grigoryan (a.k.a. Tsgl), DOB 1986, Sargis Hakhanumyan (a.k.a. Tle), DOB 1984, and Vahan Hakobyan (a.k.a. Gastik), DOB 1984, who have been declared wanted for committing an especially grave crime in the vicinity of “Nubarashen” criminal-executive institution on Wednesday, March 4, 2015.
The fugitives are accused under the RA Criminal Code, articles 104 and 235.
