Wanted man detained in the town of Abovyan
On Thursday December 4 at 2:00 p.m. David H., DOB 1950, was detained in the town of Abovyan, following special measures taken by officers of Kotayk police division. The detainee had been wanted under the Republic of Armenia Criminal Code, article 189, part 3 /false entrepreneurial activity/ and article 205, part 2 /willful evasion from from taxes, duties or other mandatory payments/ since December 3, 2014.
