To get a certificate of the fact that the presidential candidate of the Republic of Armenia has been a citizen of the RA, hasn’t had a foreign citizenship and has permanently been living in the Republic of Armenia for the past 10 years, You can apply to Passport and Visas department of the RA police, at the following address: Yerevan city, Mashtots 13.
