Police of the Republic of Armenia hosts reception for Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of India to Armenia Suresh Babu

On November 20 Deputy Head of Police of the Republic of Armenia, Head of the General Investigation Department, Police Major General Gagik Hambardzumyan and Head of Headquarters of Police of the Republic of Armenia, Police Major General Vardan Eghiazaryan received Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of India to the Republic of Armenia Suresh Babu.
During the meeting the parties discussed the active involvement of the Armenian Police in Cooperation programs, particularly, it was stated that specialists in the sphere of information technologies and those in other fields take an active participation in refresher courses held for them.
A thorough information about the incident involving  Indian citizen Denish Babu Shahab Singkhi (November 16) was provided to Mr Ambassador, he was also informed about the course of  investigation of the criminal case initiated in connection with the mentioned incident.
An agreement was reached to periodically inform the Indian side about the further course of the investigation.
Suresh Babu expressed his gratitude for the reception.
The two sides also expressed confidence in continuing cooperation.
