Committed forgery and illegally crossed the state border

At 20:40 on April 6, the officers of Spitak police division along with the officers of Tashir police division detained Robert A., DOB 1975, at Gogavan checkpoint. The detainee had been wanted accused under the 1-st part of the 329-th article (illegal state border crossing) and part 1 of the 325-th article (forgery, sale or use of forged documents, stamps, seals, letter-heads, vehicle license plates) of the Criminal code of the Republic of Armenia since February 8.
