An inquiry is underway

At 17:35 on February 12, the head of presidential candidate Hrant Bagratyan's campaign headquarters in Artashat reported Artashat police division that at about 14:00, while fastening Hrant Bagratyan's pre-election posters in Nerqin Dvin village, he noticed the «VAZ-2107» model automobile passengers tearing off the posters, motivating that the posters weren't fastened on the provided place.
Due to the measures undertaken by policemen it was found out that the automobile was entrusted to the village municipality and the two passengers who were village municipality employees, came to the police and gave explanations on the same day.
An inquiry is underway at Artashat police division.
