Man wanted by Byelorussian law enforcers charged with especially large-scale swindling
At 12:30 on October 1 Edik S., DOB 1951, came to Stepanavan police division voluntarily. The man had been wanted by Byelorussian law enforcers charged with especially large-scale swindling since July 23 of this year.
