On December 19, at 13:20, a report was received at Mashtots police division, informing that at 03:00 a.m.  Albert H., born in 1953, took a stranger from building 9 on Ghazar Parpetsi street to «Zvartnots» airport on his taxi automobile, where another stranger joined the latter and together they left for Gyumri.
At about 06:00 a.m., arriving in Gyumri, the passengers tied the driver's hands under the threat of a gun, and stole the automobile of the taxi service, and then took the driver to the 16-th quarter on another car and set him free.
Due to the operational-search measures undertaken by the police officials, it was found out that the crime had been committed by three Gyumri city residents, Myasnik Grigoryan, born in 1990, Gor Khachatryan, born in 1992, and Armen Ghazaryan, born in 1991.
The stolen car was found dismantled in the garage near one of the houses on L. Madoyan street in Gyumri.
The instrument of the crime – the 4.5 mm calibre «Baykal-MP654K» gas pistol was found in the salon of the «Shkoda» model taxi automobile.
