Armenian Police holds reception for the U.S. delegation from Kansas

On Wednesday August 13 Police Colonel Grigor Badiryan, chief adviser to the Head of Police of the Republic of Armenia, received Brigadier General Brad Link, Adjutant General to the Kansas State National Guard’s Commander, and Lieutenant Colonel James Brown, Deputy Head of the Kansas City Police Department.
Among the issues discussed at the meeting were police assistance programs which are currently being implemented by the Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs of the U.S. Embassy in Armenia alongside Kansas City Police  Department and Kansas National Guard.
During the meeting the parties introduced the accomplished programs and major achievements attaching particular importance to various study visits organized for Armenian police officers. Arrangements were made to continue this tradition.
Mr Brown  highlighted the importance of the further implementation of experience exchange programs and said that they will certainly help to find modern solutions to various problems.
During the meeting the parties also  discussed other issues of  mutual interest.
